Modern and bright flat in the ancient village of Regatola, a few steps from the centre of Bellagio.


The bright and finely furnished flat is located on the first floor of a recently renovated period building. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa bed, desk, television, dining table and a small balcony overlooking the inner patio of the building. To the left of the living room is the open kitchen, complete with microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. Finally, the sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and a further balcony. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Available to guests are conveniences such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.

The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and it is possible to visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
