Modern flat with private garden, within a residential complex with a communal swimming pool, in Desenzano del Garda.


The flat, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, including oven, toaster, microwave and American coffee machine. From here, guests will have access to the private, leafy garden with a porch and dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals on summer days. The flat continues with the sleeping area, which consists of a bedroom furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will be provided with amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, independent heating for colder days and free wi-fi.

*The flat is equipped with an external camera, which is however switched off and does not make any recordings during the stay.

Guests will be able to make use of a covered parking space within the property.

The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September. Guests may be required to wear swimming caps.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano you can rediscover ancient Roman ruins of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing.

This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand-new promenade, and continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The flat is a 7-minute drive from Desenzano railway station and about 30 km from Verona airport.
