L'appartamento e' veramente vecchio, senza aria condizionata/ventilatore. La cucina e' in pessime condizioni e c'erano delle macchie appiccicose sul pavimento. In bagno ho trovato degli scarafaggi e il pavimento non era stato pulito con sabbia e detriti in giro per tutta la casa.

Posizione eccezionale, soprattutto per via del sentiero privato che in pochi passi conduce già alla spiaggia.
La casa risale pressoché in tutto agli anni '70, con finiture e impianti molto datati, sui quali è evidente che nel tempo si è intervenuto pochissimo (le prese della corrente elettrica - tranne una in bagno - sono solo in formato "grande" e quindi non adatte alle spine degli apparecchi attuali), assenza di zanzariere e di condizionamento, serramenti che faticano a chiudersi.
