We offer this charming 33 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Cannes, less than two kilometers from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!
The south-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc., and dining area.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and sliding door.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Exterior:
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 9 m² to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Cannes is a seaside town on the Côte d'Azur that's full of tourist and typical activities. We suggest you stroll along the coast, taking in the magnificent views and the mild Provencal climate. If you're looking for a thrill, there are plenty of water sports available on the region's beaches: jetskiing, parasailing, paddleboarding... If you're looking for something a little more authentic, head to the Vieux Port for a crossing to the Îles de Lérins. And of course, what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, with restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops around every corner.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the condominium's basement garage (city cars only, no 4×4/large vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Cannes, about 8 minutes by car and 13 minutes by public transport.
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur about 25 minutes by car and Cannes-Mandelieu about 10 minutes by car.
- Palmbus network.
- Trans Côte d'Azur shuttle to St Tropez.
- Boat to Iles de Lérins (crossing time: 15 minutes).
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to concierge availability. A flat-rate supplement may be charged: €25 for arrivals after 8pm and departures before 8am.
