De locatie, alles dicht in de buurt (supermarkt, restaurants, waterpretpark, zwembad, zee).
Appartement op de 1ste verdieping, alles aanwezig, 2 badkamers.
Het verbouwen aan het gebouw (dagelijks schuren, slijpen en luide bouwvakkers).
De 19" TV in de woonkamer had iets groter gemogen.
