Refined and elegant flat in the heart of the historical centre of Varenna, a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches of the village.



The flat is on the first floor of a building without lift and is on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area, consisting of the living room with sofa and dining table, and the fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, juicer and toaster. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds, one of which is on the second level of the flat. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.


Available to guests amenities such as a washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, scenic and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Varenna, one of Lake Como's most popular tourist destinations thanks to its wealth of history, art and culture. Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi are among the village's most renowned points of interest, with their gardens, enchanting views and original furnishings. Varenna is also an ideal place for a lakeside stroll, with its famous old town with its characteristic alleys and the Lovers' Promenade, which connects the landing stage with the village. On the promontory above Varenna you can visit the Vezio Castle, dating back to the 2nd century BC, from which you can admire a 360-degree panorama. Nature is the backdrop to this area and through paths and walks, such as the Greenway of the Patriarchs and the Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer's Path), it is possible to immerse oneself in the discovery of views and landscapes rich in history. Connected to Menaggio and Bellagio by ferry service, Varenna is also easily accessible from Switzerland thanks to its central position on the eastern branch of Lake Como.


The flat is 600 m from the landing stage in Varenna and 1 hour and 10 minutes' drive from Orio al Serio airport.
