APTO NICE is a fantastic penthouse with capacity for 5 people on the 7th floor of the building with lift. It has a living-dining room with wifi service, independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a nice balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic sea views and feel immersed in it. Its interior is spacious and bright with all the services to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fantastic communal garden area with a wonderful communal swimming pool for adults and children. Another of its main charms is its location, as it is only 50 metres from the beach and very close to all the services and restaurants. A good choice for an unforgettable family holiday.
Malgrat de Mar has several certifications with the Family Tourism and Sports Tourism Mark. Its main attractions are its kilometres of wide beaches of clean, golden sand, surrounded by pine forests. The services and facilities of its Nautical Station make it easy to practice numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving, among others. Nearby is the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can also go on different excursions and outdoor activities. Malgrat de Mar is an excellent starting point for quick and easy excursions to the most important places in the country: both inland and on the nearby Costa Brava or in the city of Barcelona.

1-Direct check-in to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Check-in outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.
- Groups are not accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply the amount of deposit it deems appropriate according to the characteristics of the booking and the occupants of the same.
- Online check-in is compulsory to hand over the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is compulsory.
- The booking includes towels, sheets and cleaning.
- Bookings of less than 4 days will be charged an additional 80€.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation only suitable for families.

Die Lage und der Balkon waren prima auch der Pool war ok.
Schlechte Ausstattung der Küche ( kein Schneidebrett, keine Topflappen , keine kleinen Schälchen… )
Das Schlafsofa eine Katastrophe
Der Fahrstuhl war dreimal defekt ( wir mussten in den 7. Stock )
Keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe
Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber
Keine Einweisung ( zb wie man zum Pool gelangt oder wo der Müll entsorgt wird )

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, y la terraza, con las vistas al mar. Es un sitio grande, y tiene en general lo necesario.
Complica un poco el tema de entrega de llaves, que no es directamente en el apartamento, es necesario ir a una agencia, que ni siquiera está en la misma población. En fin, no sé si es algo negativo pero en todo caso a tener en cuenta.

La ubicación, la vista hacia la playa, la decoración. Es muy acogedor.
Un lado del lavamanos está ligeramente tapado, no lo pudimos usar. El cuarto de baño tiene un olor fuertísimo a cañería. En la sala de estar el sofá cama está roto y no se puede hacer cama. Hace falta un ventilador en la sala de estar. Dos ventiladores no son suficientes.
