The living and dining area of the flat is well thought-out: on the right side of the room is a large dining table with chairs and a cosy bench: here all guests will find enough space for spending time together. Of course, the beautiful tiled stove directly catches the eye - please note that it is not functional and serves only for decorative purposes. Nevertheless, it radiates Bavarian cosiness at its best!
Of course, the flat is also equipped with a sofa. An additional armchair just invites you to enjoy the beautiful view - or to relax with a good book after an exciting day. The balcony can be accessed directly from the living area. Pull out your camera already, a magnificent mountain view awaits you here! The splashing of the nearby "Partnach" also provides additional relaxation once again.

You can also relax comfortably in the bedroom - a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a spacious built-in wardrobe await you here. You can also reach the balcony from this room, so enjoy the fresh mountain air as soon as you wake up! Another room with a sofa bed and a chest of drawers offers space for a third holiday guest.

Whoever longs for a little wellness moment after a long holiday day will be happy about the bathtub in the spacious bathroom. In addition to a shower, the toilet, a bidet and, of course, a washbasin are also located there. In addition, there is a separate guest WC at your disposal.

Separated from the living area is the kitchen: perfectly integrated into the sloping roof, you will find everything you need for daily use there. In addition to a cooker with oven, a microwave and a dishwasher are also available.

A free underground parking space is available for your car. Of course, you are also welcome to use the ski cellar!
