Cosy flat in Ortigia, a few steps from the Maniace Castle, the beach of Cala Rossa, and the Alfeo promenade.


The flat, on the ground floor of a building, is characterised by the use of local stone on the walls, which give the room a cosy appearance. The entrance opens onto the living area, which consists of an open space furnished with a sofa, a 48-inch Smart TV, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with induction hob, microwave oven, kettle and everything necessary for cooking. Continuing on, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, air conditioning system with ductless split, radiant panel heating, free wi-fi and all safety kits such as first aid kit and fire extinguisher will be at guests' disposal.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
