Cosy and spacious flat a few steps away from the Sanctuary of Santa Lucia al Sepolcro and the Port of Syracuse.


The flat, on the ground floor of a house, overlooks the sea with a private terrace furnished with table and chairs from which you can access the accommodation. Past the entrance, one finds oneself in the living room, furnished with a sofa, television and dining table. Continuing on, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster and juicer. The sleeping area is on the first level and on the upper floor, with two bedrooms with double beds equipped with TV. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite on the first floor.


Washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heat pump and free wi-fi will be at guests' disposal.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.


Syracuse railway station is 1.4 km from the accommodation while Catania airport is less than an hour's drive away.
