The living room is over 100 m2 with a table for 12 created with a wine press tray, a lounge, 7 m under the ceiling, where you can relax with the table football and the adjoining cinema room. The kitchen and bar, which open onto the living area, are fully equipped for cooking and tasting with your guests (coffee maker, coffee bean maker and ice machine).
On this same floor, you will have 2 bedrooms: 160/200 and 2 beds 90/200, with a bathroom and separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, there are 2 areas:
- One with 2 bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other with 2 90/200 beds, which can be combined on request. On the landing, there is a bathroom and separate WC.
- The other has 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a 160/20 bed, a bathroom and separate WC. . towels are included in the price, as is cleaning at the end of your stay. After 2 years of work, most of which was carried out by us, Champagne Dallancourt is pleased to welcome you to this former industrial building dating from the early 20th century.

A private car park allows you to completely forget about your vehicle for the duration of your stay.
