The house has a large enclosed courtyard (possibility of parking one or two vehicles) with garden furniture and barbecue.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room comprising the lounge, the dining room opening onto the kitchen, as well as a separate WC (with washing machine).
Upstairs, the landing leads to 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be twinned, plus a shower room and separate WC.
The price includes bed linen (bed made on arrival), towels, household linen and utilities (heating and electricity). A cleaning package is available for €50 per stay. The gîte is located in the heart of the Reims mountains, in the commune of Saint-Euphraise-et-Clairizet, 11km from Reims, 28km from Epernay and 15km from Hautvillers (birthplace of Champagne).
