The 160m² gîte is located on the ground floor of the owners' residence and includes a spacious living/dining room with a bar area equipped with a dartboard and a pinball machine. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 double bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed) and a third triple bedroom with a 180cm bed and a pull-out bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The gîte also has two bathrooms with toilets, as well as a sauna. Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet, TV (Orange channels, and Chromecast). Outside, the gîte also has a pétanque court. The rental price includes bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, and utilities (heating and electricity). The end-of-stay cleaning fee is an additional €80.
