The 160m2 cottage is located on the ground floor of the owners' residence and includes a spacious living/dining room with a bar area equipped with a dartboard.
Vehicles can be parked inside the courtyard (closed by an electric gate and secured).
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed), and a third triple bedroom with a 180cm bed and a pull-out bed.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed.
The cottage also has two bathrooms with toilets and a sauna.
WiFi and fiber internet, TV (Orange channels, and Chromecast).
Outside, the cottage also has a pétanque court.
The rental price includes sheets (beds made upon arrival), towels, and charges (heating and electricity).
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is an additional €80.

We had a nice stay. The instructions for checking in were very clear. The cottage was spacious, clean and fully equipped. The most important places in the champagne region were also quickly accessible.
