The upper floor features:
- A family suite (160cm bed) with private bathroom and toilet
- 4 bedrooms (2 twin beds of 90x200cm each, can be combined on request)

Cleaning (€130) and bed linen (€80 for the entire stay, beds made upon arrival) are MANDATORY for all rentals.
Towels are optional at a rate of €60 for the entire cottage.
Breakfast (French: bread, butter, jam, honey, orange juice, tea, coffee, chocolate, yogurts, cereals, and pastries) is offered as an option at €11 per adult per day and €7 per child per day (under 12 years old).
Utilities (electricity and gas) are charged based on actual consumption from October 15th to March 15th.
A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure.

This traditional Champagne farmhouse has been authentically renovated by Marie-Paule and Francis. "Le Clos Louise" combines modern comfort with the charm of the past, curated through the discoveries of the owner, an accomplished antique hunter.
With a capacity for 15 people, it is the ideal place for your family or friends' gatherings and for discovering the Champagne region! The entrance opens onto a large, gravelled, and flowered courtyard.
At the rear, you will find a pleasant garden.
The ground floor comprises a double living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room open to an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 5-burner range cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a shower room with a toilet, a laundry area (washing machine - dryer), a sauna cabin (radiant), and a bedroom with a private shower room and toilet. Towel linen kit for the entire cottage: €50

Le gite est très joli, très bien meublé et confortable. Les hôtes sont disponibles, à l’écoute et serviables. Le gite dispose de plusieurs chambres qui disposent tous d'un lit d'ecellente qualité, la cuisine est très bien équipé et le salon grand et confortable. Nous avons passé un ecellent séjours et allons revenir.

Ecellent séjour en famille dans un gîte magnifique. Les propriétaires nous ont reçus très chaleureusement. La décoration est de très bon goût. Tout est très bien pensé. La cuisine est très pratique et la salle à manger est très conviviale. En résumé, tout est "très"... Nous avons adoré!
