Located in Neuvecelle, this 64 m2, 3 roomed flat on the third floor of a building across the road from the beach, offers a great view of Lake Geneva and its beach.
The living area has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. It has large windows and gives access to the balcony which has a small outside table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The first bedroom has two single beds, while the second has a 140cm double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and sink, the toilet is separate. Free wifi. Free public parking across the road. All year round one can find spa treatments, boat rides to Switzerland, beautiful museum exhibits and game nights at the Casino. End of stay cleaning, towels and sheets are not included in the reservation : Sheets : 15€ per bed Towels : 6€ per person End of Stay cleaning : 95€ Extra fees can be applied for late arrivals (after 6 pm.)

la vue sur le lac
Pas de télevision, trés mauvaise wifi, douche bouchée, pas trés propre , j'ai fait le ménage retirer les toiles d'araignées et laisser un appartement plus propre qu'a mon arrivée et ont m'a retirer 90e sur ma cotion pour le ménage, si non trés belle appartement

Das Apartment verfügt über keine "wirkliche" Klimaanlage, nur über Deckenventilatoren.
