Cosy and bright flat with a splendid view just a few minutes from the bay of Pescallo.



The finely furnished flat is on the second floor of a building without lift and has a terrace from which you can admire a splendid panorama of the lake and surrounding mountains. The open-plan living area contains a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, juicer and toaster, and a living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table and TV. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobes. A bathroom with bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, completes the layout.


Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, free wi-fi connection and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Prominent among these treasures is Bellagio, 'The Pearl of the Lario', a village of just over 3,000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, into which the two branches of the lake divide.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village are undoubtedly its enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, which has a wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and it is possible to visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.


The nearest beach is Pescallo Bay, only a 5-minute walk away. The flat is a 15-minute walk from Bellagio bus station and a 1 hour 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio airport.
