The vacation home "Villa Mansa", which is situated in Pechina, overlooks the nearby mountain.
The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and an additional toilet outside and can accommodate 5 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning and a washing machine.
A table tennis table is available on the premises.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The highlight of the vacation home is its well-equipped private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 15 to October 15), a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Guests should be aware that the pool is not suitable for children who don't know how to swim. There is a variety of supermarkets within a 5-km distance from the vacation home.
The cinematic town of the American West is also 5 km away and the nearest beach is 10 km away.
Recommended destinations include the local camel farm, Monumental Almería (10 km from the property) and Cabo de Gata Natural Park (25 km). A parking space is available on the property and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Families with children are welcome and childcare is available. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Breakfast and other meals can be provided upon request. Airport/station pickup service is available upon request. Stag parties and similar events are allowed. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power.
