The holiday apartment "Casa Pereta" is located in Magliano in Toscana and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
Part of an ancient house of music, the property consists of a living room, a kitchen (equipped with an induction hob), 1 bedroom, two areas with one bed each, 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a fan.
A baby cot is also available. The holiday apartment also boasts a small and private covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening. The apartment is located in a typical "borgo italiano" with a restaurant below.
It is situated a 25-minute drive from the sea and 40 minutes from the thermal baths of Saturnia.
Furthermore, the picturesque villages of Pitigliano and Sorano are 55 km away.
In addition, public transport links are located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Air conditioning and heating are not available. Please note that the microwave and coffee machine are no longer provided.

Un logement pittoresque rénové avec goût dont la pierre assure une fraîcheur appréciable en été, au rez-de-chaussée.
A savoir, les douches sont exiguës surtout après un excellent repas à la Trattoria da Mariz dans la ruelle du logement
