If you're looking for a beach holiday with all the amenities on your doorstep, then look no further. This superb flat has everything you need. The flat is located on the 4th floor of a very stylish block BEFORE THE BEACH! Comprising of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lovely lounge and separate kitchen. The living room leads directly to the terrace with beautiful side sea views and a table and chair for dining or enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the Mediterranean! The flat is located 8 minutes walk from the centre and old town of Estepona and many of Estepona's beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag for their high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Most have good facilities, including facilities for children, showers, beach restaurants and water sports. The most famous beach is Playa La Rada. The flat is named after this beach as it is located right in front of the beach! Apart from the beach, which is in front of the flat block, there are shops, banks, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. You can also reach the old town of Estepona in about 8 minutes on foot. There is also excellent public transport, so if you want to escape the beach, you can easily visit the surrounding towns of Fuengirola, Marbella and Calahonda. If you want to venture further afield, you can reach the beautiful cities of Málaga, Granada, Cordoba and Ronda.
