If you're looking for a beach holiday with all amenities on your doorstep, look no further. This beautiful flat has everything you need. The flat is located on the 4th floor of a very elegant building FACING THE BEACH! Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room and a separate kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, which offers a beautiful side sea view and a table and chair to eat or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean!
The flat is on ground level and is located on the 5th floor of this six-storey building. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms except the kitchen. The flat is approximately 80 m² and consists of the following rooms: A living room with an attached TV and a corner sofa that opens up to the dining room with table and chairs for 4 people. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate family bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine etc. From the living room and kitchen you can access the terrace, which offers beautiful side views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Monthly rentals (28 days or more) DO NOT include electricity costs. It is possible to rent the flat in the month from January to March.
In addition to the beach, which is right in front of the building, there are shops, banks, restaurants and a bar all within walking distance. You can also reach the old town of Estepona in about 8 minutes on foot. There is also excellent public transport, so if you feel like venturing away from the beach, you can easily visit the surrounding towns of Fuengirola, Marbella and Calahonda. If you want to venture further afield, you can reach the beautiful cities of Malaga, Granada, Córdoba and Ronda. The best of Andalusia!
