This charming house is ideally located in the Pinède district, one of the quietest areas of Juan-les-Pins, close to the beaches and within walking distance of the shops. It will delight you with its large garden of 300m2, a covered teak terrace with a dining table for 6 people and a charming garden lounge.
Beautiful living spaces spread over two floors offer all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay. A dining room that can seat up to 6 people, a master bedroom on the first floor with a spacious shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor living room, a toilet, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower on the ground floor.
You can enjoy the nightly excitement of the seaside and the tasting of the fish of the day during a dinner with your feet in the sand.

Fijn huis met airco. Op loopafstand van de zee, barretjes en restaurants en toch erg rustig. Ook dichtbij het centrum van Antibes. Auto de hele vakantie niet nodig gehad omdat het treinstation ook dichtbij is. Alles te voet of met de trein gedaan.

This place is a mini oasis in the centre of Juan les Pins where we have been able to relax, recharge. And the shops and beaches are close. Wish we could have stayed longer - well next time! Staff was friendly. Thank you!
