Frontline beach apartment with stunning sea views in the heart of Los Boliches, Fuengirola — perfectly positioned right on the promenade, with everything you need just steps away.
Set within the popular Ronda 2 community, guests can enjoy beautiful communal gardens and a large swimming pool and parking** offering the perfect balance between a lively beachfront atmosphere and a relaxed private setting.
The apartment is south-west facing, enjoying sunshine from midday through to sunset — ideal for long afternoons on the balcony overlooking the sea. Located on the 3rd floor with lift and ramp access, it offers both comfort and convenience.
The building also features a newly installed secure area for charging and storing mobility scooters. **Please note that the car park is a communal space and there is no specific allocated space for your apartment.
Therefore during the busiest times of the year we do not always guarantee a space for your car at all times** Inside, the bright lounge features a sofa bed, dining area, and international TV channels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay, whether dining in or out. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and direct access to the balcony, so you can wake up to sea views each morning.
The bathroom includes a large, modern walk-in shower. Additional features include air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, plus high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Location is the standout feature — set directly on the Los Boliches promenade, with a wide selection of excellent restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops literally on your doorstep.
The beach is just seconds away, making it ideal for a relaxed, car-free holiday. Los Boliches train station is only a short walk away, along with large supermarkets, and offers direct connections to Málaga Airport and Málaga city centre.
