Electric heating.
Covered terrace. A little away from the hamlet, in the middle of the countryside, it is an old village school converted into two gites with a beautiful view of the Maulde valley.
Each cottage has an independent entrance and its outdoor lawn area.
Numerous hikes, one of which passes near the gîte and the Martineix beach, the other leads to Mont Larron, fishing in Maulde and Vienne.
