Living room with kitchen area and lounge area, cellar-storage, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 single bunk beds), shower room with wc.
Gîte 87G5384: area 102 m².
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds, 1 travel cot).
Electric heating.
Covered terrace. A little away from the hamlet, in the middle of the countryside, it is an old village school converted into two gites with a beautiful view of the Maulde valley.
It is located on a large lawn, each cottage has an independent entrance.
Numerous hikes, one of which passes near the gîte and the Martineix beach, the other leads to Mont Larron, fishing in Maulde and Vienne.
