Located on the hills of La Mairena and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, this comfortable two-bedroom flat has two bathrooms, a beautiful private garden ,a sunny outdoor terrace with BBQ.
The two swimming pools, one of which is for children, also offer panoramic views of the coast and the mountains.
Access to the sports facilities at the El Soto club, less than 2 minutes away, is free of charge. It has a 9-hole golf course, fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi, petanque area, tennis courts and padle (rackets available in the flat). After sport, the club house, located in the heart of the golf course, is also accessible for a drink or a good meal.
Please note that for your comfort we provide a 1st NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as some capsules for the coffee and dishwasher, which will NOT be RENEWED during your stay!
We cannot be held responsible if the swimming pools are closed by decision of the condominium or regional authorities due to water restrictions during drought periods.
