Located on the hills of La Mairena and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, this comfortable two-bedroom flat has two bathrooms, a magnificent private garden of 250 m², a sunny outdoor terrace with BBQ, a glazed winter terrace that can be completely opened, a shaded private patio and a fully equipped kitchen.
Luxurious, unoverlooked corner ground floor with panoramic views of the sea as well as the hills overlooking Marbella, and the mountains of the Sierra de Las Nieves (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve).
Please note that for your comfort we provide a 1st NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as a few capsules for the coffee and dishwasher, which will NOT be RENEWED during your stay!
The two swimming pools, including one for children, also offer panoramic views of the coast and mountains. Access to the sports facilities at the El Soto club, less than 2 minutes away, is free of charge. It has a 9-hole golf course, fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi, petanque area, tennis courts and padle (rackets available in the flat). After sport, the club house, located in the heart of the golf course, is also available for a drink or a good meal.
We cannot be held responsible for any closure of the swimming pools by decision of the co-owners or regional decision due to water restrictions in place during periods of drought.

Magnifique appartement, au calme, très bien décoré. Il est très bien équipé, les literies sont de très bonnes bonnes qualité, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. La piscine est juste à côté de l appartement, très pratique. Le must: la terrasse d hiver 🤩🤩 et la vue du jardin. Nous recommandons virement.
