La proximité avec le port était appréciable. La situation de la maison était bonne.
La plaque électrique dont les 4 feux sont rouillés ainsi que certains éléments constituant la batterie de cuisine (presse purée). Toute la vaisselle entassée dans un simple buffet donc peu pratique, le dessus des WC a besoin d'être changé ou réparé. Les oreillers auraient bien besoin d'être changés. Escalier peu pratique vue l'étroitesse. Maison non conçue pour des retraités.
