The space The accommodation of about 45 square meters is located on the first floor of an elegant period building NOT equipped with a lift and is composed as follows: KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, manual juicer, food processor, moka; LIVING AREA equipped with a double sofa bed and TV; BEDROOM equipped with a double bed and wardrobe BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
Additional services available to guests: 2 fans, independent heating with chronothermostat, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes). Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
