Upstairs: sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds 80 cm wide, which can be joined upon request, 1 wooden cot + 1 travel cot), electric heating.
Up to 2 additional people can be accommodated for an extra charge (sofa bed). Outside, there are two garden tables with chairs. To ensure an responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay. Near the medieval town of St Léonard de Noblat, independent house on a plot of 1000 m² with a beautiful view of the Vienne valley.
It opens on the side onto a terrace shaded by a lime tree.
Near hiking trails and a terra aventura course.

Huis, uitzicht, omgeving, stadje op 400 meter lopen, leuk stadje.
Vanuit t huisje naar de weg was t wel heel stijl, voor ons goed te doen, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je wat minder mobiel bent.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte.La maison est très bien située en campagne. Le centre ville est proche et nous y allions à pied. Pour nous la location était parfaite.Un grand merci au propriétaire qui nous ont très bien reçu.

c'était bien, les petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié, ils n'avaient pas vraiment envie de repartir tellement ils étaient bienquant aux propriétaires, ils sont vraiment au top, aucun problème, cela fait plaisir de rencontrer des gens aussi charmants
