Surface 97 m². Ground floor: kitchen, pantry, dining room, lounge area with insert fireplace, shower room, wc. Upstairs: lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single 80 cm beds, can be combined on request, 1 cot), electric heating.
Possibility to accommodate 2 people maximum in addition for a surcharge. (Clic-clac sofa occupancy). Outside two garden tables with chairs. Near the medieval town of St Léonard de Noblat, independent house on a plot of 1000 m² with a beautiful view of the Vienne valley.
It opens on the side onto a terrace shaded by a lime tree.
Near hiking trails and a terra aventura course.

Huis, uitzicht, omgeving, stadje op 400 meter lopen, leuk stadje.
Vanuit t huisje naar de weg was t wel heel stijl, voor ons goed te doen, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je wat minder mobiel bent.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte.La maison est très bien située en campagne. Le centre ville est proche et nous y allions à pied. Pour nous la location était parfaite.Un grand merci au propriétaire qui nous ont très bien reçu.
