Our luxury wellness chalets are located 800 metres above sea level on the beautiful Geyersberg, a district of the town of Freyung. The chalets are in an absolutely quiet location and invite you to RELAX. The town centre of Freyung with numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and various leisure facilities (cinema, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, ice rink, fitness studios and much more) is only a few minutes away.

The "Solla" ski lift in the immediate vicinity invites you to go skiing and snowboarding in winter. You can enjoy nature to the full on the extensive hiking trails right "on the doorstep". At the heart of the border triangle is the Bavarian Forest National Park, which can be reached in just 20 minutes by car.





Conditions/Extras
Payment is made on site in cash or by EC/credit card.

An advance payment of 50% may be charged after booking.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.

Amenities

Our Young & Fun Wellness Chalet is fully equipped. From cutlery, crockery, pots and pans to a dishwasher, bed linen, towels, hairdryer and a tablet with internet, everything is provided. A Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave and Sodastream are also available for you.

A large TV is available in the bedroom, living room and your private wellness area.

The cosy wellness area invites you to relax in your private combination sauna (infrared and/or stove). A continuously heated private whirlpool is located on your private terrace directly accessible from the wellness room.

From June 2023, depending on the weather, an 8 x 3 metre heated natural pool (without chemicals) with a large sun terrace will be available for you to relax in.

Parking:

Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the chalet.



Conditions/Extras
Your chalet is available from 10:00 on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, you may use your personal wellness resort without restriction until 16:00.

Please let us know the approximate time of arrival one day in advance by phone or email.



Other arrival and departure times are possible on request.

The keys will be handed over in person at our reception.

Pets are not allowed.

A baby cot/extra bed can be provided on request (free of charge).

Tourist tax of EUR 3 per person (from 16 years)/overnight stay and EUR 1.50 (6 to 16 years)/overnight stay will be charged additionally on site.





Included services (included in the price):

Towels, tea towels and bed linen: Use is included in the price. There are of course no additional costs. If you need fresh bath towels, hand towels, tea towels etc. during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Coffee and tea, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, jam, honey, Nutella and butter: a small selection is available to you free of charge.

Exclusive services:

Bread roll service: We are happy to bring you

fresh bread rolls from the local bakery to your doorstep every day.

Drinks and food in the pantry and fridge: We provide you with a small selection of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

A variety of food and drinks can also be purchased at our reception.

Other groceries: Don't feel like shopping on holiday? Then get in touch with us. We will be happy to do your shopping for you.
