le temps était avec nous grand soleil, piste enneigé pour le ski, rando tout près de notre logement et la navette en bas de la propriété, c'était super nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine.
La piscine était fermée dommage on aurait apprécié après le ski une détente.

Impossible de joindre quelqu'un.le numéro de téléphone noté n'était plus attribué, l'adresse mail était obscelete.
Aucun moyen d'annuler.
Après des recherches auprès de ma banque, il s'avère que le versement de la location est à Chypre...
Est ce une location arnaque ????
Nous sommes très très en colère.

La piscine au pied des pistes malgré les horaires d'ouvertures restrainte, le personnel était vraiment très a notre écoute, établissement très calme et equipe familiale. La vue sur les pistes de la terrasse était une motivation chaque matin
La propreté de l'appartement (taches sur les murs de la pièce à vivre, de la salle de bain, des wc et du couloir) aucun produit d'entretien ( lave vaisselle, 2 pastilles pour 4 jours aurait été les bienvenus) nous avons réservé un logement pour 4 personnes, heureusement nous étions deux cependant no...
