The residence Saint Goustan in the Croisic takes the time to renewto welcome you better!
The renovation works will take place from 13 September 2025 to the end of June 2026, period during which the residence will not be available for rental.
This break will allow you to offer an even more pleasant setting, for an ever more comfortable stay, from July 2026.

Thanks to its comfortable apartments located in a quiet and preserved environment, you can rest and discover the region with the visits and activities offered on site or nearby: walking or cycling, sailing, horse riding, golf....
This former beach-bath establishment, of character, offers accommodation with and without balcony.
To top it all, the residence gives direct access to the beach.
We take a private gate to the residence Saint Goustan that overlooks the sand and the sea.
