The flat offers a beautiful terrace at the entrance where you can enjoy your breakfast or relax while enjoying the wonderful view of the swimming pool and the lake, which is right in front of the residence! In fact, leaving Borgo Gasparina you will find yourself directly on the beach and on the promenade that connects Peschiera and Lazise. Both towns can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

At your entrance you will find a cosy dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious living room with sofa and TV. Also on this floor we find a service bathroom and the laundry area. Going up the stairs we find the sleeping area and two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with separate single beds and the possibility of adding an extra bed. All the rooms in this flat are served by their own bathroom with shower, WC, Bidet, to guarantee you maximum privacy, even if you are staying with another family.

A small terrace connects the flat to 2 other triple bedrooms, communicating with each other. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake and is the perfect place for a sunset aperitif!

The two triple rooms offer a double bed, a single bed, minibar and en-suite bathroom. This makes a further 6 comfortable and generously sized beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with blackout curtains.

The Borgo Gasparina residence is popular for its wonderful lakefront location, the generous flat sizes and the magnificent swimming pool! The residence is very close to the amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld and equally close to the most popular towns of Lake Garda: Lazise, Bardolino and Peschiera del Garda.
