This splendid apartment is located in San Benedetto di Lugana, one of the most beautiful areas of Peschiera del Garda.
It is set in an elegant residential complex with a large swimming pool, just 300 meters from the beach, and is the ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday on Lake Garda. The location is truly perfect: the supermarket, bars, restaurants, and the characteristic pebble beach, equipped with a bar and pedal boat rental, can all be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The apartment is spacious and bright, tastefully furnished in a modern style, and equipped with every comfort.
The open-plan living area opens onto a large terrace, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The cozy double bedroom and the small bedroom with bunk beds make it ideal for families, while the modern bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washing machine completes the convenience of the space. Upstairs, there is an additional living room with a satellite smart TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxation.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort even on the hottest days. The swimming pool, the heart of the residence, is spacious and well-maintained; two private sun loungers by the pool are reserved for our guests.
There is also a convenient and secure covered garage for your car. San Benedetto offers everything you need for a care-free holiday: a pharmacy, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars are all within easy reach.
A pleasant 15-minute walk along the shore will take you to the lively historic center of Peschiera del Garda, with its bars, shops, and ferry terminal.
Cyclists can also take advantage of the splendid network of cycle paths connecting the entire area. Elegance, comfort, and a strategic location: this apartment will be your corner of paradise on Lake Garda.

Kommen gerne wieder.
