The holiday house 'Casa Francesca' is located in the middle of a large garden with a private, fenced-in swimming pool, just a few steps from the shores of the lake between Lazise and Peschiera del Garda. There are 2 beautiful holiday homes on the property, Casa Francesca for 8 people and Casa Linda for 4 people. Both houses use the pool together and can also be rented together.

Casa Francesca offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable eat-in kitchen and an excellent outdoor living room. 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the 1st floor, while another double bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, gas cooker, refrigerator, dining area and all the necessary cooking utensils for your stay. Also on the ground floor, the house offers a comfortable living room with a sofa and satellite TV and a fireplace. A washing machine is available in the external service bathroom.

The huge garden is perfect for relaxing and playing. The pool is open from mid-May to the end of September and is completely fenced off. The use is exclusive for the guests of the two holiday homes.

From the property it is possible to reach the beach via a small private path that is only used by the residents. At the end of the lake there are beaches and numerous beach bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

You can reach Lazise or Peschiera on foot or by bicycle with a nice walk along the lake shore. The centre of Pacengo also offers several nice restaurants and bars.
