In total there are 4 flats available for our guests: 2 studios for 3 people, 1 two-room apartment with double bedroom and sofa bed for 4 people; 1 three-room apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Parking spaces are available in the building's garage. Shared washing machine for the flats on the ground floor (laundry corner).

Brenzone is a picturesque village at the foot of Monte Baldo, on the Verona side of Lake Garda. It is a paradise for kite surfing and sailing enthusiasts. In Brenzone you will find many small beaches along the shore of Lake Garda and crystal-clear water. The lakeside promenade passes directly underneath the accommodation and gives you the possibility to reach all the neighbouring villages on foot or by bike and a wide choice of good lakeside restaurants. In addition, you can discover the network of Nordic Walking routes on Monte Baldo, which surround Brenzone. Less than 800 metres from the accommodation you will find the port of Brenzone, from where you can reach the other villages on Lake Garda with the Navigarda ferries.

The Malcesine cable car, which takes you to Monte Baldo (2,100 m), is only 10 km from the accommodation.
