Located in Pacengo di Lazise, close to amusement parks and with direct access to the beach and lakefront, this new villa is surrounded by a large private garden with fabulous pool! The villa was built in 2019 and has 2 double bedrooms, a large terrace with lake view on the 1st floor and a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room with kitchen, dining area, comfortable sofa, satellite TV and another bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

On the large terrace you will find a beautiful barbecue area for your summer barbecues! There is also a garden with aromatic herbs at your disposal! The large park with olive trees and flowers will be a paradise for your children. The large swimming pool is only available for guests of Casa Linda and the family of the neighbouring house. From the garden you can reach the beach via a small path. From here you can reach Lazise, Pacengo, Peschiera and many other destinations on Lake Garda on foot or by bicycle. Several restaurants and bars and even the sandy beach Spiaggia D'Oro are within walking distance!

The amusement parks Gardaland or Movieland can be reached on foot from Casa Linda!

For your car there is an outdoor parking space available, bicycles can be parked in the garage where you will also find a washing machine at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Wifi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are available. Beach and pool towels are to be brought by the guest.

Use of the pool is at your own risk! There is no lifeguard and maximum depth 2.40 m.
