Small independent holiday home in the heart of Malcesine, close to the cable car, the lake and the centre. Casa Graziella is a detached house with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, a lake-view terrace and a barbecue area. The house is located directly on a path through the olive trees that leads to the beach in about 800 metres. It is a quiet side street, but you can quickly reach the centre and all the local attractions.

On the ground floor you will find an eat-in kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, oven and cooker, as well as a refrigerator and microwave oven. In the adjacent area, separated by a door, there is a double bedroom, satellite TV and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin.

You can reach the upper floor via a spiral staircase from the ground floor room. Here there is a door to keep the two sleeping areas completely separate, another bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and a bedroom with double bed, lake view, access to the terrace and storage room.

Outdoors there are several terraces, all with sun protection. By means of an outside staircase it is possible to reach the pergola on the ground floor from the upper terrace from the bedroom, where there is a nice shaded dining area that invites for relaxing barbecues. The stone grill with sink is functional and at your disposal during your stay.

You can park in the driveway of the property (max. 2 cars). The property is completely fenced off and borders an olive grove at the top.
