On the street side to the south: a gravelled courtyard offers a lounge-relaxation area of 10 m², a driveway and a beautiful private gravelled parking space.
On the garden side to the north, a beautiful 15 m² wooden terrace awaits you with its gas plancha and, in continuity, a garden with lawn.

Excellent séjour à Binic. Le logement est très propre, récent et bien agencé. La terrasse et la cour intérieure sont très agréables et permettent de laisser les enfants en toute sécurité. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux et plein d'attention. Je recommande sans réserve.

Gîte très agréable et au calme, jardin au printemps magnifique , maison bien équipée et restaurée avec gout. Sur les hauteurs de Binic, amateurs de vélo et de randonnées, allez y sans attendre et si le soleil est là, c'est un coin superbe et reposant. Parfait.

Il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas apprécier cette maison et son petit jardin, si joliment rénovée et bien agencée, au calme avec vue océan au bout de la rue ainsi qu'accès GR34 et sinon, petite balade à pied pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Binic et sa jolie plage. Propriétaires très accueillants.
