Chez Septi is a house of the heart for Jean Noel, named after his father.
Ideally located 5 kms from Figeac which benefits from all the shops and services but also from a very pleasant leisure centre with supervised swimming, playgrounds, etc... this house is pleasant because of its beautiful luminous volumes thanks to the large openings, and its comfortable equipment in all the rooms.
You will also appreciate the beautiful park arranged for relaxation.
According to the season, Jean Noel will make you benefit from his vegetables of the garden! For the amateurs the fishing is possible nearby...House on cellar and garage, a large staircase leads to a terrace which makes a quarter of turn of the house then to the front door, one finds then a hall which serves on the right the large living room with large openings, on the left the independent kitchen completely equipped, then 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 140, 2 beds 90), a shower-room, separate WC.
This house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people maximum.
Electric roller shutters on all windows, oil heating.
Closed garage for one car, ping pong...open park with trees and flowers.
Railway track at the back of the house (little traffic)

Les hôtes sont eceptionnels, d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité sans pareils. Ils sont à l’écoute et pas avare de conseils sur la région. La maison est conviviale et offre de belles prestations pour les familles. Le terrain est grands et arboré, offrant de l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

C'est un très beau gîte, très bien situé pour rayonner sur la région qui regorge de lieu magnifiques et qui méritent d'être découverts.Nous tenons aussi à remercier les propriétaires, Sylvie et Jean-Noël, pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Le roi du tracteur
Le gite est super: spacieux, propre, refait à neuf et décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et ont un bon relationnel. Ils aiment leur région et savent être de bons conseils pour les visites et autres curiosités. Ils ont contribué à faire de ce séjour, un séjour mémorable.Je recommande vivement !
