The space

A nice flat in a building with lift in the centre of Gijón. Bright, spacious and with 2 complete bathrooms. It has a family room with a double bed and two trundle beds, and two bedrooms with two single beds each.


In the living room, we have installed a folding bed with a good double visco mattress, for the comfort of guests sleeping in that room, which is more practical and comfortable than a sofa bed, and can be collected, facilitating the use of the room during the day. 2 bathrooms, living-dining room and separate kitchen.

Begoña car park 2 minutes away. Zarrazina car park 2 minutes away.


You can park nearby in the blue zone with the limitations of the regulated zone and as long as your car has a parking sticker. If you prefer, you can walk to the white parking zone in 5 minutes and there is also the option of parking in the Manuel Llaneza low-cost car park (€5 per day), which is a 13-minute walk away.

You will live in the select central area of Gijón, close to the beach of San Lorenzo and the shopping streets with boutiques and shops. Have a coffee in the nearby and iconic terrace of Café Dindurra, in Begoña Park, and be close to the bakery, the supermarket... Avenida de la Costa is a street without the night bustle of wine areas such as El Carmen or La Ruta, which, however, are close enough to enjoy them.

The advantage of living in the centre of Gijón is that you can walk everywhere, the beach, the promenade, the marina, the wine and drinks areas.


Ideal also as a base camp to explore by car the Sella, the Covadonga Lakes, Picos de Europa, Cape Peñas and other tourist landmarks of the green Asturias and the superb coast of the Cantabrian Sea.
