The space
The decor is simple yet stylish, comprising black painted woodwork and matt white walls, hung with a selection of modern art and photography. The entire flat was redecorated in October 2021.
This property is managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb. It is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone needed. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay.
Guest access
You have access to the whole flat, with its own door to the street.
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided before your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two days of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.
*This apartment is not suitable for children or babies. We have an agreement with the downstairs neighbour that they will not be hosted in either property
- Wi-fi internet access is 100Mb/s.
- A new combi-boiler was recently installed so the heating in the apartment is very good.
