The modern flats offer a cosy loft-style living and dining area: in the open-plan living area you will find a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The bedrooms with a comfortable double bed ensure a good night's sleep. In the bathroom, the theme of the flat is reflected in the form of an impressive shower splashback. One flat has a sofa bed for 2 children.
In fine weather, the small terrace invites you to linger. A flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom as well as free WiFi provide the necessary entertainment in bad weather.

Description of the accommodation

Spend a relaxing stay in the VIS-SAAR-VIE flats in the climatic health resort of Orscholz, not far from the Saarschleife.

The modern loft-style flats are between 44 and 70 m² in size and are suitable for up to 6 people - for a relaxing break with family or friends. Simply relax and unwind, or be active while hiking or cycling in the beautiful surroundings.

The Saarschleifen Lounge and the spacious roof terrace are communicative meeting points for all guests and offer a beautiful view over Orscholz. Coffee specialities and cold drinks are available 24/7 from the vending machine.

Breakfast service can be booked for an additional charge:
Regional breakfast basket with fresh bread rolls, regional cheese and cold cut specialities, homemade jam, honey, eggs, milk, juice, coffee, yoghurt and fruit - delivered to your flat from 8:30 am.

A small wellness area with infrared cabins is available to you free of charge.

One free parking space per flat is available outside or in the underground car park and is of course barrier-free. There are also parking spaces for motorbikes and bicycles as well as a washing area and an e-bike charging station.

All flats are barrier-free and suitable for allergy sufferers. Controlled ventilation and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate and cosy comfort all year round. A combined heat and power unit and a photovoltaic system supply the complex with sustainable and almost self-sufficient energy. We ask you not to smoke in the complex itself, but there is a smokers' lounge outside. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

Miscellaneous

Payment is made either by bank transfer in advance or on site in cash or by EC/credit card.
Cancellation of the reservation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of the reservation will also be charged.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over either personally on site or after consultation via a key box.
Pets are allowed on request for an extra charge of 10€ per night/pet.
A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).
The tourist tax of 2€ per person/night (from 18 years) will be charged extra on site.

1 set of towels (2x shower towel, 2x hand towel, 1x bath mat) included in the price, further sets on request and for an additional charge (€8 per set) bookable on site.
