La proximité du port, l'espace et le calme.
Le tarif au vu de la vétusté de l'appartement (qui ne se devinait pas sur la communication), et une forte odeur d'égout venant de la douche en arrivant, qui ne s'est jamais totalement estompée durant le séjour, malgré l'intervention diligente de notre hôte.
