Bright, raised ground floor apartment. 70 m²: well-equipped kitchen, living room (with a single sofa bed). Two large bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Flower-filled terrace and separate wooded meadow near a small stream located below Rue des Prés Mous (accessible via steps). Electric vehicle charging is not available at this property.
To ensure an environmentally responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay. 13 km from Limoges and 800 m from Nieul, the "Soleil Levant" is located in a family house built in 1948 in Limousin stone, renovated in 2019 and decorated with exotic objects by the owner who has spent a large part of his professional life abroad. She lives opposite the gite, the entrances and outdoor spaces are independent. At 600 m, the castle of Nieul, its park, its pond and its hiking trails. The cottage is located 400m from the train station (TER Limoges-Poitiers line) and 10km from the airport.

The best gite I have ever stayed in. A very roomy house with all the equipment and information that you could possibly need for an extended stay. A sunny terrace and extensive gardens in a quiet spot, just a few minutes walk from the town centra.
