The cottage is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, it is accessible by a private exterior staircase.
The apartment offers you: a living room (kitchen/living room/lounge) opening onto the balcony, 1 small bedroom (1 140 x 190 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet . The 9m² west-facing balcony has an electric barbecue.
The washing machine is located in a laundry room on the ground floor of the owners' house.
Parking space in the owners' enclosed courtyard, fully secure (electric gate). Welcome to Pénestin, a small seaside resort in southern Brittany! Its 25 km of coastline, its 50 km of trails, its dozen beaches - including La Source 500 m away - await you. At Mine d'Or beach, 800 m away, come and swim or practice water sports (paragliding, windsurfing, kite-surfing, etc.). For your shopping, a pedestrian/bike path quickly takes you to the village with shops and a market on Sundays in summer.
On the Vilaine estuary side, the fishing port of Tréhiguier is a bucolic place where you can taste Bouchot mussels. On the edge of the Loire Atlantique, 30 minutes are enough to take a trip to Guérande with its salt marshes and discover the seaside resort of La Baule and its immense beach.

Merci à la propriétaire pour l'accueil. Le gite est très agréable et propose tout le confort moderne dont une terrasse plein soleil et une cour fermée pour stationner un véhicule.Le gite est à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage de la Mine d'or et des commerces.L'environnement est calme.Je recommande ce gite !

Tout est parfaitement adapté à un séjour pour 2, très très propre et fonctionnel, mais sobre. La mer est proche ( plage de la mine d'or et ses parapentes ...) le centre du village à quelques minutes ; Pénestin est adapté aux déplacements à vélo ou pédestres. Une belle adresse.

Quelques jours très agréable dans ce gîte très bien aménagé, situé près des plages et du centre bourg tout ce fait à pied ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Geraldine avec des petites attentions qui font plaisir ! Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce passage à Penestin.
