The cottage is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, it is accessible by a private exterior staircase.
The apartment offers you: a living room (kitchen/living room/lounge) opening onto the balcony, 1 small bedroom (1 140 x 190 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet .
The 9m² west-facing balcony has an electric barbecue.
The washing machine is located in a laundry room on the ground floor of the owners' house.
Parking space in the owners' enclosed courtyard, fully secure (electric gate).

Très beau gîte neuf et très propre avec propriétaire très réactive, présente et en même temps très discrète.Très bonne localisation par rapport aux plages et au bourgEncore merci pour l'accueil très sympathique

Accueil de Géraldine le premier soir et présentation de l'appartement avec les différents appareils électriques.Je suis resté 6 jours, apparemment très calme, parking au pied de l'escalier. Je recommande ce logement, cerise sur le gâteau vous êtes à vol d'oiseaux, à 100 mètres de la mer et 200 à pieds

Quelques jours très agréable dans ce gîte très bien aménagé, situé près des plages et du centre bourg tout ce fait à pied ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Geraldine avec des petites attentions qui font plaisir ! Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce passage à Penestin.
