This beautiful flat is located in the municipality of Sants, very close and with very good direct communication with Barcelona. Our flat has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. The flat has a total of 100 m², which makes the flat very spacious and has a good orientation which makes it bright. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: iron, balcony, central heating, air conditioning, TV. In the induction independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.





Please note the following important information before booking



- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included on arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.




- Baby cot
Price: 30,00 EUR per booking. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it



-Extra guest
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.





-Out of hours arrival


- Our check-in hours are from 15:00 hrs. to 19h, Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 euros




- If the day of arrival is a local or bank holidays, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros




- If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10pm, from 10pm onwards 100 euros and after 1am 150 euros





- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6,25€/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).





- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receipt of a complaint or evidence of smoking in the flat will result in immediate eviction from the flat and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is not allowed in the flat or on the balcony.




- NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to that of the police).



The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any theft of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist flats.


Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and locked.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
