The entire house is on one floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, dining room and kitchen.
Air conditioning has been installed in the living area to improve comfort.
It has a private patio with an awning and outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast or dinner outdoors.
The house is equipped with all amenities and offers bed linen and towels at no additional charge, as well as a cot and high chair. You can park on the street near the house for free. The house is located at the end of Sard Street, next to the Síllot seafront promenade; a pedestrian walkway with a bicycle lane, which will take you to shops, restaurants and the beach. The area is residential and very quiet.
There are small rocky coves 50 metres from the house and a large sandy beach (S'Illot beach) is just 200 metres away.
