Ca'n Climent is located in the centre of Lluchmayor; It is a traditional Mallorcan house recently renovated with all modern amenities.
It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite.
Air conditioning in the upstairs rooms. 2 living rooms with TV in both.
There is a 4th bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 extra person.
Cot and high chair available upon request.
There are 2 private solarium terraces, outdoor furniture, swimming pool and sun loungers.
In the kitchen, there is a fireplace that can be used as a barbecue. 300MB symmetrical WIFI and satellite TV. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 adults.
Bicycle parking inside the house.
Family-friendly. NO group bookings for guests under 21 years old will be accepted.
Stag/hen parties are NOT permitted.
We invite our guests to make responsible use of electrical consumption, so the first 150kw/h consumed will be free.
Consumption exceeding this will be charged at €0.15 per kw/h. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October) and €1.65 the rest of the year. All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Complimentary hand sanitiser available for our clients. The mild climate (average temperatures of 27º C in summer and 14º C in winter) and easy access to the entire area make the coast of Llucmajor the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family tourism. Along the coast of Llucmajor, you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, the beach of Cala Pi and the defence towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Travelling along the Cap Blanc Road towards the Lighthouse, we pass by the S'Aguila Refuge, with spectacular views of the cliff. Among the points of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century.
It is also worth visiting the weekly market in Llucmajor (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local products and crafts. As for gastronomy, in Llucmajor you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine dishes, with specialities such as ensaimada and tumbet. In summary, Llucmajor is an ideal tourist destination for those seeking a peaceful and picturesque place to enjoy the natural beauty and culture of Mallorca. Very central location in Llucmajor. Fincas were very responsive and friendly. No issues with access etc. The kitchen lacked some items eg cafetière. The beds were not very comfortable.

Casa muy bien ubicada y muy tranquila. El piso de abajo es muy fresco en verano, en el de arriba hace calor pero se soluciona con el aire acondicionado. Los baños estan nuevos y la depuradora de la piscina funciona genial.
